Sidney’s is hiring the following positions for the 2024 season, May- September.
Barista/Counter Help
Our front of house team is the STAR of the Sidney’s show. They do it all - run our register, craft awesome coffees, whip up smoothie bowls, and make some mean salads. Our team members wear a lot of hats - this position is for you if you are a personable go-getter who loves to be busy.
Grill & Food Prep
Have previous restaurant experience? Love to cook? Our grill team is (literally and figuratively) ON FIRE. We work hard and have fun while we do it. Learn to make Sidney’s infamous egg sammies and earn some serious Strathmere street cred.
Kitchen Prep - Assistants & Manager
The most flexible, but imporant, job in the store. Restaurant/prep experience or a deep love of cooking required, Managers must be 18+ in order to operate deli slicer. Help us make the kitchen magic that fuels our front of house team - prep dressings & sauces, wash and prep fruits and veggies, prep and marinate meats, and more + assist with dishes and store clean up. Super flexible hours for the right candidates.
If you've never been to Strathmere, it's a small, special place with a special vibe - and at Sidney's, we treat every customer like family. Our casual, laid back atmosphere makes our customers feel at home while we maintain strict standards of exceptional service and delicious food. If you are a friendly, upbeat person who can work hard and multi-task while maintaining a smile - we want to hear from you! Pay is very competitive. Hours are 7:30am-4pm and we are looking for both full and part time employees. Applicants must have with availablity throughout August and preferably into early September.
